With many years of diverse experience and trainings, I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their challenges, identify strengths, and develop practical strategies for growth and healing.
Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I guide my clients on a journey of discovery and empowerment, fostering resilience, and emotional well-being. My special skills and interests include trauma, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, and emotional concerns. I believe that each experience is unique and I aim to collaborate with clients towards growth and healing.
Throughout my years in various mental-health related roles, I have developed expertise in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. In addition, I have extensive training in couples therapy, as I am trained in Levels 1, 2, and 3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. These experiences have equipped me with the tools to formulate effective treatment plans, build rapport with clients, and use evidence-based interventions to strengthen and promote relationship satisfaction.
