Registered Social Worker

Not accepting new clients

Life can be extremely challenging and as social creatures, we are not always meant to navigate life on our own. I strongly believe in the power of sharing your story and processing your emotions and experience of life by engaging with others for connection. I have been in the mental health field since I began my career as a Registered Social Worker and completed a Restricted Activities Designation in Psycho-Social Interventions in 2019 with the Alberta College of Social Workers. I have experience with anxiety, depression, low motivation, relationship conflict, and a variety of other challenges. But with formality aside, I am a compassionate and empathic listener with genuine care for those I work with. Therapy doesn’t always have to be scary and it’s worth the try. I invite you to try and see if I am the right fit for you.
