With nearly 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with adolescents in both community settings and the school system. I understand the complexities of teenage life, including academic stress, peer relationships, identity development, and mental health struggles. I have also worked closely with adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma, empowering them to build resilience and develop meaningful coping strategies. Most importantly, I believe that you are the expert in your own life while my role is to see, hear, and walk alongside you.
